SME E-Wallet

The SME e-wallet is a Flemish government subsidy initiative designed to support entrepreneurs by providing financial assistance for services that enhance the quality of their business. All SMEs are eligible to apply for this support to participate in training or receive advice from recognised service providers.

The training or consultancy must focus on one of the following areas: business strategy, job-specific skills, digitalisation, sustainability, financial literacy, innovation, internationalisation, or human resources management.

Amptec is a recognised service provider under the SME e-wallet and offers training and consultancy on digitalisation and innovation. Both public courses and customised training are eligible for subsidies through this program.

Under the digitalisation theme, Amptec provides training and advice on topics such as cybersecurity, the transition to and implementation of digital AV technologies, and the use of digital AV equipment and software. Cybersecurity training and consultancy are eligible for a higher subsidy rate: small businesses can receive 45% support, while medium-sized enterprises are entitled to 35%.

In the innovation theme, Amptec offers consultancy and training on cutting-edge technologies, processes, and applications. This includes immersive experiences like VR/AR and immersive audio-video, as well as innovative processes like remote production and monitoring of AV solutions.
